Membership in BBA Has Many Benefits, including networking opportunities, informative meetings and social events

	Monthly Membership Meetings offer members a chance to network, with educational programs and interesting speakers.   BBA also recognizes a member of the month for special contributions to the organization or community, and presents a "Customer Service Awards" to individuals who have been "caught" providing exceptional customer service. Membership meetings are on the first Thursday of most months  from 7:30 AM to 9 AM. An Annual Business Summit is is held the first or second Thursday of January, from 7:30 AM - 10 AM. Locations vary.
The BBA Annual Dinner in the spring is our most popular social event. Over 300 members and friends from the community  enjoy an evening of good humor, friendship and a delicious meal. We present three prestigious awards at the dinner recognizing individuals and businesses who have made extraordinary contributions to the vitality of Burlington.  This is also our major fundraiser of the year, with a fabulous Silent Auction. The 2008 dinner will be a gala 30th Anniversary Celebration of BBA.  It will take place the evening of April 9, 2008, at the Sheraton Hotel & Conference Center.
	The Summer Social and Holiday Party are two other annual social events, held in the evening to provide an opportunity for fun and networking, especially for members who cannot attend the early morning membership meetings.
The June Waterfront "FAM" Tour offers members a chance to meet on Lake Champlain, becoming familiarized with Burlington's historic Waterfront and the events planned for the current season.  The 2007 Tour was on the Northern Lights Cruise Ship, and the 2008 Tour will be on the Spirit of Ethan Allen III.
