Community Outreach Team members Britta Carlson, Matt Young and Tammy Boudah provide a watchful eye, deal with crises and provide assistance as needed on the Church Street Marketplace every day. At the September 20 meeting of the Commission Tim was recognized

and thanked for his many contributions to the Marketplace. Jeff Nick was elected Chair, and Lara Heath Allen as Vice Chair.  Tim will remain on the Commission until his position is filled by the City Council.  Happily for us, Tim will continue to chair the board of BBA, as well as COTS.
