Text Box: Glen Findholt, captain of the Friend Ship Sloop, was one of twenty presenters at the Waterfront FAM Tour aboard the Spirit of Ethan Allen III on June 2.  Over 120 BBA members enjoyed the cruise around the harbor while hearing about the many events and activities offered at the Waterfront this year (see Calendar on page 5). Many thanks to Mike Shea and the crew of the Spirit for their hospitality; and to Brant Dinkin, Marcy Kass, the Chittenden Bank & Bill Orleans for producing, printing and distributing BBA’s new 2006 Waterfront Map.
Text Box: Tom Leavitt and Peter Straube join BBA Board of Directors, Gail Shampnois retires
The BBA Board of Directors is pleased to report the nomination of two new members, Tom Leavitt and Peter Straub. This is the official notice to BBA members of these nominations as required by the BBA by-laws. The nominees will be declared elected at the June 22 Board meeting. 
BBA Board members may serve up to two three-year terms, and interested BBA members are encouraged to suggest candidates to the Board.
Retiring from the BBA Board this year is Gail Shampnois. Gail has served on the Board for six years, most recently as Chair of the Policy Text Box: BBA
