Roque’s (pronounced “row-kays”) is a new
family owned and operated Mexican Restaurant located in the
historic Burlington Waterfront.
Opening in June, Roque’s menu will highlight authentic
Mexican Food containing traditional favorites such as enchiladas,
tacos, and burritos as well as several unique/one-of-a-kind dishes
using the freshest ingredients at an affordable price.
Fresh chips will be prepared daily along with and open
display corn tortilla grill.
A 30-foot bar will generate some of the best margaritas in
town. Eat Mexican,
Drink Tequila and enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Champlain.
Open for lunch and dinner 11am – 10 pm.
